1. Intellectual Property & Fan Content

Dota 2 and all related trademarks, character assets, lore, ability icons, and video media are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation.

The App is an unofficial, fan-created reference tool intended strictly for informational and educational purposes. This application is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple iOS and iPadOS devices in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Game statistics and patch notes are dynamically fetched and may change as game balance patches are released by Valve.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
